If you are reporting an email issue, please make a note of and include any error messages in full, including the error code (which should begin with "0x8" if you are using Outlook or Outlook Express).

Please note: We can only support clients with technical issues related directly to our website or email services.

Calls received during our working hours are normally answered immediately. At times of high demand you may be directed to leave a message which we will then respond to promptly once a support representative is available.

Email and Telephone support requests are normally dealt with within 4 hours of receipt, often immediately. If your support request requires further investigation before we can resolve it, we will give a timescale for resolution when possible.
