Prohibited Content

You may not publish or transmit through Oldroyd Publishing Group's web services, any content that is abusive, illegal or which promotes illegal activities.

This includes, but is not limited to, the unlicensed use of copyrighted material, trademark & patent infringement, content which may constitute libel/slander/defamation.

Spam (unsolicited email)

The sending of spam (unsolicited e-mail) using email accounts provided by Oldroyd Publishing Group is not permitted. The sending of unsolicited email, either in bulk or individually, could cause adverse impacts, including temporary loss of service, for other clients using the same email server. It also may breach electronic communications regulations and potentially lead to substantial fines for the sender of the unsolicited email.

Reporting Abuse

If you wish to report a website or email account hosted by Oldroyd Publishing Group for any activity which you believe is illegal or abusive, please email customerservices@opg.co.uk with the following information:

• The website address (URL) or email address.
• A description of the material related to this website address or email address which you wish to report as illegal or abusive. Please include as much detail as possible to ensure we fully understand the nature of your complaint.
• Your contact details.

We may need to ask you to clarify details of your complaint, or to send us further information.

If we are provided with clear evidence that a client has carried out or continues to carry out illegal or abusive acts using any of the services which we provide, we will take steps to bring those acts to an end.
