Setting up your email account on an
Apple iPhone or iPad with OS 26

To set up your mailbox on an Apple iPhone or iPad, you need to:

• Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your iPhone's home screen.

• Go to Mail: Scroll down and tap on Apps, then select Mail.

• Access Mail Accounts: Tap on Mail Accounts.

• Add a new account: Tap Add Account.
• On the next screen enter your full email address, then tap Next.

• Choose your provider::

• Tap Add Other Account, then select Mail Account.

• Enter your details: Enter your email address and tap Next.

• Ensure IMAP is selected at the top of the details screen


• Complete the sign-in: Follow the prompts to enter your email address and password. (Please Note: Your Username is your full email address)
• The host name for the Incoming Mail Server is: imap.stackmail.com
• The host name for the Outgoing Mail Server is: smtp.stackmail.com

• Then tap Next

• Verifying your account details may take a few minutes, please be patient
• If a message pops up saying could not setup with secure connection, please tap No
• Then click Next again

• Save the account: When prompted, tap Save to finish the setup
