I am extremely pleased with the quality of my website. Patients can now navigate the site easily either via the pictures or the text. Patients are also able to change the site into their preferred language of choice making it more accessible.

The process was seamless from start to finish. We worked together closely in order to meet the goals required for the website to meet NHS England's guidance.

The turnaround time was extremely fast from start to finish. All completed within 2 months.

The quality of our website is excellent, the recent re-design has improved the website tenfold and is sure to make access to the surgery easier and prompter for our patients. The website has a modern feel incorporating core NHS standards and is sure to remain the best quality for years to come.

The process was smooth and very easy, from initial meetings with the team to the end process, support was always there and easy to access. The team are friendly and certainly efficient and always more than happy to help for even the smallest of issues.

The re-design was relatively fast with no hiccups, although it understandably took a few weeks before work began. Once it did it was only a day or two before the website was complete and up and running. Responses to any queries tended to be within a few hours or the same day at most which is always appreciated in a busy surgery environment.

We are now able to direct our patients more easily to the correct places on the website, as well as being more user friendly. Patients are able to easily find the information they are looking for in the new format compared to what it used to be. As a surgery, we are able to rely on our website more to direct patients to find information that we would have otherwise spent time explaining on the phone.

From start to finish, the level of care and expertise have been outstanding, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new surgery website provider to highly consider using this company.

I can't find anything to be unhappy about, which as a Yorkshireman is unusual. This certainly is not the case. Over the years Katy has been there to help me with creating the website, amending it, offering advice and guidance on what would look good and function well and what might not, and we have seen the benefit of all of those informative advice in the way our site is designed and the ease by which it can be navigated through by our patients.

What makes an exceptional Web Team is the ability of that team to react to customers needs with speed and ease. Katy certainly done this for us over and over. At this time of crisis when we need changes made to our website on a regular basis, the last thing you need is a delay in implementing any change. It is comforting to know that you can email here with a change request and it is implemented there and then.

I hope that at the time when the focus of some customers may be is to pick on negatives, you find this email as an encouraging sign that "in fact all is well" and that your team is delivering the service you are asking them to deliver.

The website quality and functionality are brilliant. Our previous website was dull and mundane, the new website colours and features are much kinder to the eye and user-friendly.

The webteam are friendly, approachable and nothing was too much to ask for. I found the process straightforward and the demo phase of building the website helped in developing the site the way we wanted it before going live. Most website companies ask for payment before building a specific demo. What I found very forthcoming is that your team were able to not only show me demos but build a demo based on the content of our existing practice website as an example without even asking for payment.

The speed of the service and any change request was very efficient, changes were either made on the very same day or the next day. It didn’t matter how many changes or requests they had, it was never too much for them.

The website has definitely improved the level of service we give to patients and will in time reduce the need for patients to come to the practice or call as they can communicate with us via the website. The interactive “get help” pages also will empower patients without having to call the practice.

I have used Oldroyd Publishing Group at my previous practice for 8 years and I have just had my second website designed for my current practice. I have always found OPG provides an amazing service, efficient and they fully understand the needs of general practice. In particular Katy Morson and Tanya have been fantastic over the years including building the new website for my current practice. I would highly recommend OPG to all practices – excellent service, professional, personable, approachable and you would be amazed how cost effective/much cheaper the services are compared to many other companies out there that really do overcharge practices by not hundreds but thousand’s!!

Our new website provides a much greater professional image to our customers whether they are accessing it from a home PC, tablet or smart phone.

Working with you has been an absolute delight. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process left us feeling more as friends than just a business customer. It all seemed too easy – and it was for us at our end.
