I am extremely pleased with the quality of my website. Patients can now navigate the site easily either via the pictures or the text. Patients are also able to change the site into their preferred language of choice making it more accessible.
The process was seamless from start to finish. We worked together closely in order to meet the goals required for the website to meet NHS England's guidance.
The turnaround time was extremely fast from start to finish. All completed within 2 months.
The staff are extremely efficient and responsive. No question is a silly question and all teams' meetings were extremely informative. Testing site was as good as the live version. I would highly recommend if you are considering changing providers. Don't overthink it just make contact.

We worked closely with Sheila Gregory Project Manager and Mark Faulkner from the ICB to make sure the changes were in line with NHS guidelines and criteria. We met via teams and went through all aspects of the changes before putting them into place. I felt this was a great way of working as we were all on the same page and able to discuss options. Various emails were going back and forth between me and the others above including Katy. I was informed every step of the way and was very happy with the work and the outcome.

I can't find anything to be unhappy about, which as a Yorkshireman is unusual. The quality of the website exceeded my expectations, the advice was always clear and valuable, the response to any issues always resolved them. I am sending you this email to highlight the exceptional and professional service I have received from Ms Morson ( Katy). The email may sound as though this is the first time we had this experience. This certainly is not the case. Over the years Katy has been there to help me with creating the website, amending it, offering advice and guidance on what would look good and function well and what might not, and we have seen the benefit of all of those informative advice in the way our site is designed and the ease by which it can be navigated through by our patients.
What makes an exceptional Web Team is the ability of that team to react to customers needs with speed and ease. Katy certainly done this for us over and over. At this time of crisis when we need changes made to our website on a regular basis, the last thing you need is a delay in implementing any change. It is comforting to know that you can email here with a change request and it is implemented there and then.

Our website has been managed by Oldroyd Publishing Group for several years now. It enables us to share a wealth of information & is a great promotion tool for our surgery, along with assisting our patients in finding the most up to date resources.

I was talked through how to look and check the results. Nothing seems to be too much trouble which is so refreshing. Maintaining our old website took hours for just the smallest change, but I know that now we have your service in place everything will be sorted within a phone call.

This is just a brief email to ask that you accept recognition for what an efficient and supportive member Dave Pollard has been to Holywell Medical Group and myself since we began the project of re-launching and redesigning our website.
Unfortunately due to time constraints and work pressures I have been unable to be as involved as I would have hoped with updating the website since it was launched, yet every request I have made, regardless of how menial or how often, has been dealt with efficiently and in a most impressive and timely fashion.
Dave has continually supported me to navigate my way around the site and shown great patience with my rather poor I.T. knowledge. I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks, the patients' thanks and thanks from the Partners here at Holywell Medical Group.
