Our website has been managed by Oldroyd Publishing Group for several years now. It enables us to share a wealth of information & is a great promotion tool for our surgery, along with assisting our patients in finding the most up to date resources.

The website quality and functionality are brilliant. Our previous website was dull and mundane, the new website colours and features are much kinder to the eye and user-friendly.

The webteam are friendly, approachable and nothing was too much to ask for. I found the process straightforward and the demo phase of building the website helped in developing the site the way we wanted it before going live. Most website companies ask for payment before building a specific demo. What I found very forthcoming is that your team were able to not only show me demos but build a demo based on the content of our existing practice website as an example without even asking for payment.

The speed of the service and any change request was very efficient, changes were either made on the very same day or the next day. It didn’t matter how many changes or requests they had, it was never too much for them.

The website has definitely improved the level of service we give to patients and will in time reduce the need for patients to come to the practice or call as they can communicate with us via the website. The interactive “get help” pages also will empower patients without having to call the practice.

I have used Oldroyd Publishing Group at my previous practice for 8 years and I have just had my second website designed for my current practice. I have always found OPG provides an amazing service, efficient and they fully understand the needs of general practice. In particular Katy Morson and Tanya have been fantastic over the years including building the new website for my current practice. I would highly recommend OPG to all practices – excellent service, professional, personable, approachable and you would be amazed how cost effective/much cheaper the services are compared to many other companies out there that really do overcharge practices by not hundreds but thousand’s!!

Our website is really good. All the information is clear and the site is easy to navigate. There are no irrelevant pop ups that are often annoying. It is suitable to the service we provide and is aimed at the right level for our patients. Informative but friendly. Working with your team was fantastic. They did everything we asked and more! Always easy to contact and any changes we needed to have made were put in place really quickly. So easy to change to you for our website. Gave us a good amount of time to check and change things before we went live.

Communication throughout was brilliant. Everyone I speak to is always so helpful. You have just put a patient questionnaire up for us which once again was done within 24 hours. I was talked through how to look and check the results. Nothing seems to be too much trouble which is so refreshing. Maintaining our old website took hours for just the smallest change, but I know that now we have your service in place everything will be sorted within a phone call.

Love the new website, easy to use and update. If someone wants something added, I don't see it as a chore which I have done previously. Lots of styles to choose from. Looks current and fresh.

The Process couldn't have been better. Katy in particular was amazing, patient, friendly and followed up several times to make sure everything was alright, this is rare these days and very valued by customers who don't want to learn through a webinar!

I don't recommend as a rule, but have done so with your service and will continue to do so. It is totally professional and it is rare these days to have someone at the end of the phone ready to help when you need it.
